Terms of sale.

Who you're buying from.

Make It Purrsonal is run by Dairon Canel, an individual based in Florida, USA. When you place an order, you're buying from him. For anything about an order, email us.

Orders and prices.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and tax are added at checkout, and you see the total before you pay. Your order is accepted once the payment goes through, and we email you a confirmation with a link to your order page.

If we can't make or ship something you ordered, we cancel that item and refund what you paid for it.

Printed to order.

Everything is printed when you order it, by our print partner Printify and the print providers it works with. We ship to addresses in the United States only. Each product page says how soon it ships; delivery dates from the carrier are estimates, not promises.

Returns and reprints.

Because each piece is made for you, we can't take returns for a wrong size or a change of mind. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you. We can't reprint for an address or a spelling that was entered wrong at checkout. The full details are on the help page.

Custom designs.

A custom design is made from your photos and your idea. Before you pay, you confirm a short written brief of what we'll draw. The price of each custom item includes a design fee, which covers designing it with you.

We email you a proof within 3 business days of your payment, showing the design on the product. You can ask for up to 2 rounds of changes. When you approve the proof, it goes to print; approval is final.

If you don't want the design, we refund the item, its tax and its shipping, minus the design fee. If we don't hear from you, we send a reminder after 5 days, and 10 days after we send the proof we refund it the same way. We may decline to make any design; then we refund that item in full, design fee included.

Anything else in the same order doesn't wait for your proof. It ships on its own, and your custom piece follows once you approve it.

You confirm that you own the photos you send, or have permission to use them, and that your idea doesn't copy logos, characters, famous people or someone else's artwork. We decline designs that do.

We never show your design or your cats' photos in our marketing unless you say yes when we ask.

If something goes wrong.

For any order, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

The law that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. We may update them; the version shown when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
